By accessing or using the Bees mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by Bees Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Not authorize others to use your account
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Services

Bees is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with sellers and service providers. Our Platform enables:

• Products: Multi-vendor e-commerce with COD and Whish Money payment options
• Services: Scheduled bookings requiring provider approval
• Quick Services: On-demand services with QR verification and map-based provider matching

Bees acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered.

4. Payments and Fees

All prices on the Platform are displayed in USD. We support various payment methods including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Whish Money digital payments
• Platform credits

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Platform fees may apply to certain transactions as specified in the app.

5. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams

6. Service Providers

If you register as a service provider or seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Fulfill all orders and service requests as described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain any required licenses or certifications
• Pay applicable commission fees on transactions
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bees and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions of third-party users or service providers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes between users, we encourage resolution through our Platform's messaging system. If issues cannot be resolved directly, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Lebanon, in accordance with Lebanese law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
